Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@anthonydeals.store with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Custom or made-to-order doors
Items marked as final sale
Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@anthonydeals.store, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.
